📦 Mia Candle — Shipping Policy

At Mia Candle, every order is handcrafted with care using 100% natural, non‑toxic ingredients. We work to ensure your candles arrive safely, quickly, and in perfect condition.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During sales, holidays, or high‑volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Egypt): 2–5 business days
  • Middle East Region: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days

Delivery delays may occur during customs checks, holidays, or unforeseen courier issues.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Egypt (nationwide)

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your candles; however, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or store credit.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Mia Candle is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs
  • Courier errors
  • Weather conditions

However, we are happy to assist you in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.


8. Returns on Shipped Items

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns, except in cases of:

  • Damage
  • Wrong item received
